Privacy Policy
RVSN Group LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") owns and operates AlwaysPoint and the https://alwayspoint.com website (the "Service").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.
By using AlwaysPoint, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We may collect the following types of information.
- Personal Information: When you register or subscribe, we may collect your name, email address, account credentials, billing information, payment transaction details, country, and region.
- Usage Data: We may collect information automatically including IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, usage analytics, and time spent on pages.
- Payment Information: Payments are processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers or payment credentials on our servers. Payment processors handle this data under their own privacy policies.
- Connected Calendar Data: If you connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, we may receive your basic account profile, the list of calendars available to your account, the calendar you select for sync, and the calendar event data needed to create, update, and remove AlwaysPoint-managed mirrored events in that selected calendar.
- Connected Banking Data: If you connect a financial account through Plaid, we may receive institution details, account names, masked account identifiers, balances, transaction history, transaction descriptions, merchant information, category information, and webhook event data needed to keep imports current.

We may share data with:
- Service Providers: third-party services such as payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, and customer support tools. These providers may only use your data to perform services on our behalf.

Calendar sync is one-way from AlwaysPoint into the provider calendar you choose. Changes are still managed in AlwaysPoint.
For Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook connections, we use the granted permissions only to authenticate your account, show eligible calendars, store your chosen destination calendar, and create, update, or delete AlwaysPoint-managed mirrored events.
We do not use Google Workspace API data or Microsoft Graph calendar data for advertising, and we do not sell that connected calendar data to third parties.
You can stop sync at any time by disconnecting the provider inside AlwaysPoint or by revoking the app from your Google or Microsoft account settings.
Plaid is used to connect supported financial institutions and deliver read-only banking data into AlwaysPoint.
AlwaysPoint uses Plaid-sourced data to import transactions, refresh balances, build insights, detect recurring activity, and help create or suggest automatic items and related follow-up inside your account.
AlwaysPoint does not use Plaid to move money, initiate payments, or store your bank login credentials outside Plaid's authentication flow.
Plaid and your financial institution may separately collect and process information under their own privacy terms.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
